Sandy Beach at Caister-on-Sea

The beach at Caister Holiday Park is long, wide and sandy, and is under two minutes stroll from the holiday park. Access to the beach is through some low-lying grassy sand dunes which are perfect for picnics and admiring the sea view. There are some small, smooth pebbles scattered about particularly near the water's edge when the tide is out, but there are vast areas of clear golden sand for children and adults to build sandcastles, play and generally relax on.

Caister beach is dog-friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the beach but they must be kept under proper control at all times. Dog owners must act responsibly, use the dog litter bins provided before going on the beach and should keep their dogs on a lead unless they are enjoying controlled walking and exercise. Dangerous dogs are not permitted on the beach at any time.
