The main bathroom, which is accessed from the central hallway, has a heated towel rail, walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and ample storage. The separate second washroom, also accessed from the hallway, has a toilet and wash basin. The main lounge area also has a television with Freeview and DVD player, a large coffee table and plenty of comfortable seating for all the family. There is also an iPhone and MP3 sound system with excellent speakers built into the ceiling so listening to music from your phone is easy.

The dining area offers a dining table and comfortable seating, and is close to the kitchen area. The kitchen has a full-size gas cooker with cooker hood, spacious fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard storage. Outside the caravan you will find a pleasant gated decking area and a large picnic table and benches on the private patio area. The large well-kept grass area outside this caravan is perfect for off-road parking and can accommodate up to four cars easily.
